01ABOUT THESE TERMS

Euro Conditer is the trading brand used on this website. The registered seller’s identity and contacts will be entered in the company details below before online ordering launches. These terms are being finalized.

02PLACING AND CHECKING AN ORDER

You may check out as a guest or through an account. Review products, quantities, fulfillment, branch, contact details, address, notes and the full price before the final confirmation. You can go back and correct them. Repeat order fills in previous order details, includes items already in the bag and uses current prices.

For real orders, an automatic receipt only acknowledges the request. Acceptance, availability, the agreed total and fulfillment arrangements must be confirmed by Euro Conditer. The final ordering flow and a saveable order confirmation must be in place before launch.

03PRODUCTS, PRICES AND ALLERGENS

Product prices are stated in Georgian lari and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges and any optional extras must be clearly disclosed and included in the full payable total before confirmation. No undisclosed charge is added after agreement.

Product images are illustrative, including AI-generated images. Actual size, ingredients, allergens and availability must be confirmed before purchase. Do not rely on an illustration to determine whether food is safe for an allergy. Essential product information must be supplied before an order is accepted.

04ACCOUNTS AND PAYMENT

Provide accurate details, protect your password and use only an account you are entitled to use. Phone verification is currently unavailable.

Only payment methods actually offered at checkout will apply. Online payments and saved cards are not enabled, and card details are not collected. Payment-provider details and applicable refund processes must be confirmed before activation.

05KHACHAPURI COINS

Eligible completed account orders earn coins proportionally at 1 coin per ₾10, including fractional coins: ₾15 earns 1.5 coins. Previously credited awards keep their original value. Cancelled or reopened orders may reverse the corresponding credit. Coins are promotional points, not money, and have no cash value.

Account holders can transfer available coins, including fractions of at least 0.001 coin, to another wallet using its wallet number. Check the recipient and amount before confirming. Redemption is not available yet. Future reward, eligibility and expiry terms will be published before those features launch. A displayed balance is not redeemable cash.

06FAIR USE AND CHANGES

Do not misuse accounts, disrupt the service or submit unlawful content. Any necessary restriction should be proportionate and does not remove rights arising from an accepted order. Material changes to these terms will be published with a version date and will not retroactively remove mandatory rights.

07COMPLAINTS AND APPLICABLE LAW

Georgian law applies. Contact us about a problem, or consult the delivery, returns and privacy policies for the relevant process. These terms do not exclude mandatory remedies, access to the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency or access to a competent court. Georgian, English and Russian versions should provide the same protection.
