How do I order?
Choose products, add them to your bag and review the quantities. Checkout guides you through pickup or delivery, timing and contact details. Contact a branch if you need help or online ordering is unavailable.
Where can I track my order?
After placing an order, open its tracking link from the confirmation. Account orders also appear in My orders with their current status.
Can I change quantities in my bag?
Yes. Open your bag and use the plus and minus buttons. You can remove an item before placing the order.
Which locations can I choose?
The website lists Mikeladze, Tsereteli, Marjanishvili and Mitskevich branches in Tbilisi. Addresses and phone numbers come from public directories; call to confirm current details before visiting.
What about dietary needs and allergens?
Ask the branch about ingredients, allergens, portion sizes and current availability before ordering. Product images are illustrative and do not identify allergens.
How do Khachapuri Coins work?
Eligible completed account orders earn 1 coin per ₾10, including fractions: ₾15 earns 1.5 coins. Available coins can be transferred by wallet number. Coins have no cash value; reward redemption is not available yet.
