DELIVERY SERVICE
Choosing a branch, checking your address and receiving your order.
AVAILABILITY AND PRICE
Delivery will be offered only for confirmed service areas and times. The delivery fee, any minimum order and the complete payable total must be shown or agreed before you commit to an order. Service areas, fees and delivery times are being finalized; confirm arrangements with a branch.
YOUR DELIVERY DETAILS
Choose delivery and enter the city, street, building and apartment or entrance details needed to find you. Check the address again on the final step and provide a reachable contact number. Add useful access instructions in order notes.
Saved account details and repeat-order addresses can be edited before confirmation. If a confirmed address must change, contact the branch; changes may affect feasibility, timing or the agreed fee. Any additional charge must be explained and agreed.
BRANCH SELECTION AND PICKUP
You may select a branch manually or allow your browser to suggest the nearest branch. This is an approximate distance-based suggestion, not a delivery-coverage check or a promise of the fastest route. Confirm the branch at checkout.
For pickup, collect from the confirmed branch at the agreed time and have your order number available. Product availability and readiness must be confirmed for a real order.
TIMING AND HANDOVER
An estimated arrival time may change because of preparation, traffic or weather. We will communicate significant changes. An estimate does not remove your rights if an agreed delivery obligation is not met.
Please be reachable at handover. If delivery cannot be completed, the branch will contact you to agree on the next step. Any proposed redelivery charge must be explained and agreed in accordance with your legal rights.
CHECK YOUR PRODUCTS
Check the quantity, condition and packaging when the order arrives. Follow the product’s storage instructions. For missing, damaged or incorrect products, use the Returns and refunds policy; a later-discovered defect can still be reported.
